This safari gives a glimpse of Africa’s geographical and cultural diversity. You will encounter diverse land use and economic activities of Kenyan people.
You also get a chance to experience stunning landscapes. From Kenya’s tallest mountain, the Great Rift Valley highlands and lakes to the shores of the Indian Ocean.
The itinerary is crafted to line up strategic locations for you to best experience the rich heritage of Kenya including wildlife.
You will visit several villages and mingle with local people. You will also get a chance to taste local food and conclude the safari with a dose of the history of the slave trade.

Arrive in Nairobi
Meet and greet at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

Day 1
* You are picked up from the hotel by our drivers for an early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park. Nairobi is the only city in the world hosting a national park. Within a few minutes of leaving your hotel, you will be right inside a wilderness with plenty of large animals such as rhinos, giraffes, and buffaloes, not forgetting large cats like lions and many birds
* Exit the national park late morning and go for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant. This is one of the most populous eateries in Africa and a haven for meat lovers
* Afternoon visit to the National Museums of Kenya. This is the home of African heritage presenting different themes – history, geology, evolution, and taxonomy of plants and animals. There is also a snake and fish park
Report back to your hotel and relax for an overnight stay
Day 2
Leave for Mt Kenya after breakfast
Stop in Nyeri for 2 hour break.
Visit the Baden-Powell Museum. Baden Powel was the founder and Chief Scout of the Global Boys Scout Association and Girls Guide.
The museum is part of the house which Baden-Powell used to stay in while in Nyeri. Part of the museum is the Baden-Powell Information canter and Graveyard where he was buried together with his wife.
Take lunch in Nyeri
After lunch proceed to Mt Kenya and check at Mt Kenya Safari club
Day 3
Drive to Samburu Reserve and check in at a reserved lodge
Lunch and relax at the lodge
Evening game drive
Overnight stay
Day 4
Visit a cultural village in Samburu. Meet the Samburu people and visit a women’s enterprise project
Back to the lodge through an evening game drive



Day 5
* After breakfast, leave for Nakuru. Savor the views of Rift Valley Eastern escarpment
* Arrive in Nakuru in the early afternoon and get into Lake Nakuru National Park
* Check in at the lodge. Lunch and relax
* Evening game drive
Day 6
* You spend the whole day in Nakuru
* You do an early morning game drive and bird watching. This is the leading sanctuary for the Rothschild giraffe, white rhinos, and over 400 bird species
* Exit the national park late morning and visit Lord Egerton Castle. You will take your picnic lunch here and sample Kenya’s colonial history
* Return to the lodge in the afternoon and relax

Day 7
After breakfast, leave for Maasai Mara.
Stop in Narok for coffee and experience the headquarters of the Maasai County
Proceed to Maasai Mara and check in at your reserved camp or lodge
Maasai Mara is home of the biggest wildlife spectacle of animal migration. It was also the filming location for BBC Wild Cat Diaries
Day 8
Whole day in Maasai Mara
You will carry a picnic lunch and go on a full-day game drive after breakfast

Visit a Maasai Village for a cultural tour
Back to the camp for lunch
Evening game drive and overnight stay at the camp
Day 10
Breakfast at the camp and leave for Amboseli
Lunch break in Nairobi. Proceed to Amboseli, arriving late afternoon. Check-in at the camp

Leave for Tsavo West. Site seeing in Tsavo at Shetani Lava and Mzima Springs

This safari is for lovers of geographical and cultural exploration.
It starts from the base of Kenya’s tallest mountain, Mt Kenya. You then course to the Rift Valley where you experience majestic sceneries, valleys and lakes. You will come face to face with one the most unique tribes that are both pastoralist and fisher folk.

Leave for the Aberdares after breakfast, stopping in Nyeri.
Visit Baden Powel Information Centre. This is the memorial and grave of Baden Powel, the founder of Scouts Movement
Visit Nyeri Museum. The museum is dedicated to preservation of liberation history
Proceed to the Aberdares National Park and check in at The Ark Lodge
Take lunch and enjoy a lazy afternoon in the forest

After breakfast leave for Laikipia
Enter the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and check in at the Sanctuary Tambarare Camp
Game drive in the evening. Ol Pejeta has all the big 5 and is a sanctuary for the rhinos and endangered chimpanzees

Day 4
After breakfast leave for the Rift Valley
Check in at Serena Lake Elementaita Camp. Take lunch and relax at the camp. You can do nature walks around the camp or some bird watching or swimming



Day 5
Rift Valley the whole night. Visit Lake Nakuru National Park for a morning game drive
Back to the camp mid-afternoon
Bush dinner in Soysambu Conservancy as you count flamingos and pelicans at Lake Elementaita
Day 6
Visit Baringo
Check in at Lake Bogoria Spa and relax over lunch. This is the only hotel in Kenya with natural hot water from underground
Site seeing at Lake Bogoria in the evening. Lake Bogoria is world renowned for hot geysers and millions of flamingos

Visit Lake Baringo
Cultural visit to the Njemps people. These are Maa-speaking people living around Lake Baringo.They are unique community – perhaps the only pastoral, cattle herding tribe who also fish. In other pastoralist tribes, eating fish is a taboo
While in Baringo, you can do boat ride or visit locally owned snake farm
Day 8
After breakfast, leave for Maasai Mara. Arrive in Mara mid afternoon. Check-in at Mara Safari Club

You go to the Maasai Mara Reserve for a whole day game drive. Picnic lunch at Mara River viewpoint
