Prices

The prices quoted are based on prevailing costs and exchange rates; slight variations from nominal quotations may occur. This happens extremely rarely and in even prior consultation is made.

We never make any cost variation after a booking has been made unless there is a very genuine reason for which we inform clients accordingly.

Reservations

A deposit of 40% per person is required at the time of booking and the balance at least 10 days before the onset of the safari. Variations from this requirement are discussed mutually to suit everyone’s convenience.

Local travelers have access to more flexible booking terms once they are in contact with us.

Our Responsibility

We promise our clients that shall always do our best to guide them to activities and places of minimum risk. However, our clients are presumed to accept and consent to all risks involved with any tour, just like anywhere else in the world. Our services are always predicated on good faith and desire to offer the best to our clients at all times.

Complaints

Any client with a complaint while on our service is encouraged to raise it immediately. We shall do our best to resolve our clients' problems promptly and satisfactorily and assist in the speedy resolution of other problems even those unrelated to our management.

Rates

Rates include expenses for the services quoted like accommodation, vehicles, drivers/tour guides, and entrance fees to national parks, game reserves, and conservancies. Personal expenses such as visas, beverages, laundry, airport tax, tips etc. are excluded.

Many lodges and camps offer “all inclusive” rates. It is important to cross check what this covers as these also have exclusions.

Transport

We offer minibuses and 4-wheel drive vehicles depending on client interests and budget. The management reserves the right to employ the services of subcontractors.

Trained English-speaking guides are provided as are other common languages like French, German, and Spanish etc. Clients with special language requirements must raise them in advance with an expectation that some may incur extra charges.

Tour Alterations

We never alter an agreed itinerary without due consultation with our members. Should such a need arise due to unavoidable circumstances, clients are notified promptly and their consent is sought.

Liability

We serve as agents of our valued clients in all their tour requirements. Our liability is governed by the appropriate laws of the country in which the tour is taking place. However, we take no responsibility for any damage or losses from any cause whatsoever.

Accommodation

We do not own or operate lodges and camps. Our recommendations are based on the best interests of the clients based on their preferences and budget. We take no responsibility for services in any lodge or camp or any third party service supplier.
